Running training programmes is highly demanding and any amount of unplanned down-time can have a major negative impact on the effectiveness of the organisation to deliver task-ready personnel in a timely manner.
SFS is therefore committed to ensuring that its part-task training packages are fully supported on a 24 / 7 basis and than any upgrades or maintenance takes place during planned breaks in the training schedule.
This can be achieved either through secure, remote access to the system or by physically attending on-site.
