AS350 Squirrel Part Task Trainer

 

Two cockpits were installed at the helicopter pilot training school at RAF Shawbury with dual flight controls and Type 1 SFS Hybrid Panels with selective active switch functionality. Both cockpits were supplied mounted on D-Box motion platforms.

 

The cockpit frames were constructed from fabricated steel tube and plate.

 

SFS have designed and built custom space-frame cockpits with selective functionality for the Royal Air Force, European Defence Agency and British Aerospace.
